SNL Network is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Fairfield, NSW. The successful candidate will assess, plan and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care and work closely with other healthcare professionals.

What You Will Deliver:

- Provide safe, person-centred nursing care in line with professional standards.
- Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
- Keep accurate and timely clinical records.
- Support patients and families with clear information and communication.
- Contribute to a safe and professional care workplace.

Your Work Will Include

- Assessing patient needs and developing nursing care plans.
- Delivering nursing care and carrying out clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
- Administering and recording medications according to policy.




- Monitoring and recording patient observation
- Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals and other members of the care team.
- Educating patients and families about care and treatment.
- Reporting incidents and concerns through the appropriate channels.

- What You Will Bring

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia through Ahpra.
- Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Sound clinical assessment, documentation and medication management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, professional and reliable approach
