High Shine Club is a fast growing mobile car detailing business in Brisbane with four vans on the road, a 5 star Google rating and more enquiries than one person can handle. We are looking for someone who knows cars, loves talking to people and closes the sale.

You will start with paid training in our Salisbury office, where you will learn our services, pricing and systems. After that you can work remotely from wherever suits you.

Your day

- Answer and call back new enquiries by phone and text
- Quote the right package for the car and the customer
- Book jobs straight into the schedule
- Follow up on quotes and past customers
- Grow repeat business and our maintenance plan

Pay
- $55,000 base plus super
- 10% commission on every job you book, paid when the job is done
- Most people in this role earn $70,000 to $85,000 in their first year

Room to grow We are adding vans and crew as demand grows. Every time our capacity goes up, the number of jobs you can book goes up, and so does your commission. You are joining at the start, and your pay grows with the business.

You are





- Experienced in car detailing, or close to it, and you know what a good job looks like
- Excellent on the phone, friendly and confident
- Proven at selling, ideally in car sales, dealerships, service advisory or inbound phone sales
- Organised and comfortable with a CRM

- Honest with customers

You will need a quiet workspace and reliable internet.
