Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will assist in leading our reservations activities. As the first point of contact for potential guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their stay with us.

As our Reservations Agent, you’ll help create a welcoming guest experience from the very first enquiry. Handling reservations by phone and email, you’ll use your customer service and sales skills to turn enquiries into bookings, manage changes and cancellations, and assist with special requests. With a strong knowledge of our hotel,



you’ll help guests plan their stay while supporting the hotel’s sales targets and delivering warm, attentive service.

Key Requirements:

- High level of motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders (internal & external) as well as varying management levels.
- Ability to pivot focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to create and maintain robust qualified relationships.
- Energy, drive, and tenacity to succeed.
- Passion for hospitality.
