We are seeking a Residential Cleaner to join the team at Aquatic Leisure Technologies. This is a casual position based in Trigg, WA 6029. As a Residential Cleaner, you will play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residential properties.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently whilst delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact client satisfaction and contribute to the reputation of our cleaning services division.
What you'll be doing
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sweep all designated areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Clean and sanitise bathroom fixtures, surfaces and floors
- Clean kitchen appliances, countertops and floors
- Empty and replace bin liners in all areas
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct whilst in clients' homes
- Follow all health and safety protocols and company cleaning procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Physical fitness and capability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Trustworthiness and respectful attitude towards clients' properties and privacy
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Willingness to use various cleaning products and equipment safely
- Current working rights in Australia
- A valid driver's licence is preferred to assist with travel between appointments
