The Role

- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, door-knocking and networking

- Build and maintain relationships with sellers and buyers

- Conduct property appraisals and secure new listings

- Manage open homes, inspections and buyer enquiries

- Negotiate offers and assist throughout the sales process

- Develop your own client base and personal brand

Who We're Looking For

- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)

- Valid driver's licence and reliable car (essential)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, hardworking and results-driven





- Willingness to prospect consistently and generate new business

- Integrity, resilience and a positive attitude

- Real estate sales experience preferred but not essential
