This growing hospitality group operates a number of popular venues across Sydney and continues to expand. The business places a strong emphasis on energetic venues, quality customer experiences and positive team cultures. Venue leaders are empowered to take ownership of their operations, with ongoing support and mentoring from an experienced Area Manager, head office team and owners.

As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of a busy Parramatta venue. This is a highly hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved in the operation, leading from the front and creating a positive and high-performing team environment.

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service and smooth handling of dine-in, online and takeaway orders
- Leading, recruiting, training, rostering and motivating the venue team
- Managing stock purchasing, inventory and key business metrics including wages, GP and profitability
- Managing reservations, large bookings, functions and customer enquiries
- Monitoring customer feedback and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety, WHS and relevant regulatory requirements
- Completing weekly operational reporting and maintaining accurate financial and administrative processes
- Driving store KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing operational changes where required




- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, presentation and customer service

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in quick-paced restaurant operations. You will be mature, credible and confident managing people at all levels, while maintaining a hands-on approach and a genuine focus on business performance and customer experience.

You will bring

- Previous management experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong people leadership skills, including delegation, motivation, performance management and team development
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of restaurant profitability, wages, inventory and KPIs
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage customer feedback and operational challenges
- A proactive, organised and results-focused approach
- Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and relevant hospitality industry obligations
