We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our Beverley team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves retail, enjoys working with customers and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, support the team and help deliver strong sales and service results.

The role

No two days will look quite the same. You’ll be involved across all areas of the store, including:

- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store
- Leading by example and helping create a positive, high-performing team
- Driving sales and delivering a great customer experience
- Supporting the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Helping manage stock, stocktakes, ordering and inventory
- Maintaining strong store presentation and operational standards
- Promoting a Safety First culture and ensuring procedures are followed

About you





We’re looking for someone who is practical, proactive and enjoys being part of the action. You’ll ideally bring:

- Retail, sales or customer service experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, or the drive to take that next step
- A genuine interest in helping and developing others
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Confidence working towards sales targets and store goals
- Good organisation skills and the ability to keep things moving in a busy retail environment
