NOT JUST PIZZA PTY LTD We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to manage the daily operations of our Domino’s Pizza store in Seabrook, Victoria. This is a full-time position for someone who has strong retail management skills and can lead a team in a busy, customer-focused store environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth store operations, improving sales performance, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

responsibilities Manage stock selection and ordering, monitor inventory levels and uphold service quality to ensure smooth store operations Implement purchasing, marketing and pricing strategies, within franchise guidelines, to boost sales and profitability Execute promotional campaigns and local advertising initiatives to raise brand awareness and customer engagement Lead sales activities, support customers with menu choices and ensure customer satisfaction across dine-in, pick-up and delivery orders Maintain accurate records of stock, financial transactions and other vital operational information for effective oversight Prepare and oversee the store budget, ensuring financial goals are achieved while controlling expenses and food wastage Recruit, train, roster,



supervise and mentor staff to build a skilled and motivated team Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations and maintain a secure environment for employees and customers alike Qualification &

experience Proven experience in store or retail management or senior roles in retail or food retail operations Thorough knowledge of store management in a quick-service restaurant, convenience or similar retail setting, and retail sales techniques Strong communication, leadership and customer service capabilities Expertise in inventory control, logistics and financial reporting Familiarity with food safety, health and safety standards and regulatory compliance Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail Ability to perform well and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting Qualifications in Retail or Business Management are an advantage About Company NOT JUST PIZZA PTY LTD operates a Domino’s Pizza store in Seabrook, Victoria.
