Key responsibilities
- Retail Sales: Help customers find exactly the right equipment, love machinery and enjoy talking to people
- Workshop & Apprenticeships: Work on servicing and repairs, mechanically minded work, taking pride in doing a job properly
- Team Leaders: Lead a team, thrive on sales, have great attention to detail and be rewarded for excellent results
About you
- A genuine interest in small machinery, tools or mechanical equipment
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- A friendly,
helpful attitude and great customer service
- People who take responsibility and follow through on what they say they'll do
- For Workshop & Apprenticeships: Experienced in a workshop OR a school leaver keen to learn a trade
- For Team Leaders: Experienced leading a team
About us South West Machinery operates in Margaret River & Geographe with locations in Saws Busselton. We are passionate about helping our customers with the right tools for the job. From chainsaws and mowers to workshop servicing and repairs, we help keep the South West working with tough tools from top brands like Stihl, Honda, Torro and Ferris.
