Task &

responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Allocate tasks, coordinate staff rosters and train team members. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.

Monitor stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries and conduct stocktakes. Maintain product displays, accurate pricing and a clean, organised store. Oversee sales transactions,



cash handling and daily till reconciliation.

Monitor sales performance and support promotional activities. Ensure responsible service of alcohol and appropriate customer age verification. Follow workplace health and safety procedures and implement loss-prevention measures.

Qualification &

experience Previous experience in retail supervision or a team leadership role for at least one year A Certificate III qualification in management or a related field is desirable or more than one year of experience.

Relevant Responsible

Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills.

Experience with point-of-sale systems, cash handling and daily reconciliation. Ability to manage stock, coordinate deliveries and conduct stocktakes. Robust organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy retail environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
