We are seeking an experienced Road & Drain Maintenance Officer to join a small maintenance team responsible for the upkeep of local road, drainage, and footpath infrastructure. This hands-on role involves asphalt road repairs, concrete footpath maintenance, drainage works, plant operation, traffic management, and general civil maintenance activities.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in road, drainage, asphalt, and concrete maintenance works.
- Demonstrated experience operating civil construction and maintenance plant and equipment.
- Experience maintaining sealed and unsealed roads, footpaths, and drainage networks.
- Current Victorian Driver's License with Heavy Rigid (HR) endorsement.
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and as part of a small team.
- Traffic management experience and a background in local government or civil maintenance environments will be highly regarded.
