The Opportunity
As an O’Shea Roof Tiler, you'll work across a diverse range of residential roofing projects, putting your skills and experience to use while delivering quality workmanship and great outcomes for our customers.
You'll be involved in
- Roof tiling installations and replacements
- Installing concrete and terracotta roof tiles
- Roof repairs and maintenance
- Re-bedding and re-pointing ridge capping
- Replacing damaged or broken roof tiles
- Roof inspections and identifying roofing issues
- Ensuring roofs are installed and maintained to Australian Standards
- Working alongside our broader roofing and plumbing teams
- Delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer outcomes
You'll have the support of an experienced management team while being trusted to take ownership of your work.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is proud of their trade and wants to be part of something bigger.
You'll ideally have
- Relevant Roof Tiling qualification and trade experience
- White Card
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Working at Heights certification — preferred
- EWP Licence — advantageous
- Strong knowledge of roof tiling techniques, materials and installation methods
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship standards
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and customer service skills
