St Luke’s is the first step in Anglican education. We are seeking an experienced and professional Room/Studio leader to join our team.

This opportunity is for someone who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification) and is ready to take the next step in their career, leading educators, fostering quality practice and helping shape exceptional outcomes for children and families.

We are looking for leaders who see this work as a profession, take pride in supporting and mentoring others, and are committed to continually improving educational practice.

As a Room/Studio Leader, you will help create a culture where educators are supported to grow, children are encouraged to thrive, and families feel genuinely connected to their child's learning journey
