Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and field safety activities. Monitor progress against project schedules and ensure works meet client specifications. Maintain accurate daily records and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

About you
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in civil construction and rehabilitation, preferably within mining environments
- Strong leadership, communication and planning skills
- A practical understanding of earthworks, plant operations and site safety requirements
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity
- Current driver's licence
- BHP S26 sign-off is advantageous but not essential
