About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Administration and Costing Analyst to join Adaptalift on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Based from our Springvale branch with hybrid work from home flexibility, this role can be structured as either 4 or 5 days per week.

Reporting to the National Sales Administration Manager, you will support our national sales team with pricing, reporting, tender coordination, contract administration and sales process support.

You will work with sales, operations, systems and senior stakeholders to help ensure the team has accurate data, clear reporting and well-managed pricing and contract information.

This role would suit someone from a sales administration, business analyst, pricing, reporting, tender coordination, contract administration or commercial support background.

In an average week in the life of this role, you might:

- Support sales teams with reporting, pricing information and sales process administration
- Review CRM and system data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities
- Assist with customer tenders, including pricing,



documentation and response preparation
- Help maintain pricing, contract and equipment information in business systems
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve reporting, processes and information flow

About You We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, detail and people. To Be Successful, You Will Bring

- Experience in an analyst, sales administration, pricing, reporting or commercial support role
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and presenting useful insights
- Good systems confidence and the ability to work with CRM, quoting or reporting platforms
- Strong attention to detail when working with pricing, contracts, tenders and customer information
- Good communication skills and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at different levels
- A practical, curious and problem-solving mindset

Experience with enterprise systems, tender support, contract registers, equipment pricing or sales process improvement would be helpful, but is by no means a deal-breaker. We can teach the right person our systems and processes. What’s In It For You
