Sales & Studio Assistant

Studio Amelia | Alexandria, Sydney | Full-Time

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales & Studio Assistant to join our small team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in fashion who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Working across all areas in our Sydney studio, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business, with exposure to Wholesale, PR, Marketing and Product Development.

We are looking for someone proactive, reliable and willing to get involved in all aspects of a growing fashion brand.

Studio Amelia was born in 2019 from the desire to craft the perfect sandal.

A testament to luxury and simplicity, Studio Amelia is a demi-luxury footwear and accessories label creating timeless designs that transcend trends. Reimagining classic silhouettes with unexpected details, the brand has built a global following and is stocked by leading retailers worldwide.

Based in Sydney, we are a small, hands-on team working across all aspects of the business, from design and development to global wholesale and eCommerce.

The Role |

Wholesale/eCommerce Sales Support |

· Assist with day-to-day sales operations and administration across both international wholesale and the eCommerce business.

· Support the processing and tracking of wholesale orders through internal databases

· Liaise with international retailers, sales agents and logistics partners regarding performance, creative assets, orders and deliveries.

· Assist with wholesale invoicing, returns and credit notes.

· Maintain wholesale databases,



client lists and seasonal sales reports.

· Support the team with retailer requests and in-season sales initiatives.

· Process customer returns and exchanges.

· Support inventory management, stock checks and stocktakes.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet brand standards.

· Assist with customer enquiries and general eCommerce administration.

Production & Product Development Support |

· Assist the Production team with day-to-day administration and coordination.

· Track incoming samples, production orders and shipments.

· Assist with faulty product claims, repairs and factory credits.

· Support the team with seasonal product development and adhoc design and development tasks.

PR, Marketing & Sample Management |

· Assist with seasonal sales campaigns, showroom preparations and sample coordination.

· Coordinate sample movements for press, stylists, VIPs and wholesale partners.

· Assist with preparing and dispatching PR gifting and seasonal send-outs.

· Maintain sample organisation and tracking.

· Provide general support for marketing activities, content shoots and brand initiatives as required.

General Studio Support

· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across departments.

· Assist with studio organisation,



deliveries and general office coordination.

The Candidate |

Desired Skills and Experience |

· A genuine interest in fashion, footwear and the wider fashion industry.

· Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

· Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

· Previous experience in fashion, retail, eCommerce or administration is advantageous but not essential.

· Familiarity with Shopify, JOOR or similar platforms is a bonus.
