This is a rare chance to work directly alongside Betty Ockerlander, Partner at McGrath Epping and the office’s No.1 agent. With over 30 years in the industry, Betty has built one of the strongest reputations and client bases in the local market, and she’s now looking for an experienced Sales Associate to help her grow it further.

You’ll be the engine behind new business: generating leads, nurturing Betty’s extensive database and pipeline, and creating more listing opportunities so Betty can focus on high-value, client-facing work. In return, you’ll learn how a top-performing agent wins and runs business, and get a genuine pathway into your own residential sales career.

What you’ll do

- Make daily prospecting calls to homeowners, buyers and potential sellers

- Work Betty’s database of past clients, appraisals and pipeline opportunities

- Build relationships with buyers and identify future sellers early

- Book appraisal appointments for Betty

- Keep detailed, accurate records in the CRM

- Run letterbox, just listed and just sold campaigns

- Assist at open homes, private inspections and auctions

About you

- Previous real estate experience strongly preferred (sales associate, PA,



property management or similar)

- Confident on the phone and comfortable with high-volume prospecting

- Driven, resilient and motivated by results

- Coachable, organised and happy to follow proven systems

- Professional, reliable and great at building relationships

- Reliable about a long-term career in residential sales

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or Class 2 Licence)

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
