Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to continue to grow out the team.

These role is available due to the current BDR having been promoted.

This role has a start date in January.

This is a permanent, full-time role. They can sponsor visa candidates after their probation period, if needed. You must have over 8 months left on your visa for this.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for making outbound sales calls daily. You'll be responsible for building trust and rapport with the customer, and objection handling.

On Offer:

- Offers $70k base + Super + Uncapped commission, so skies your limit! Approx $100k-$110k+




- Clear mapped out career progression to their Sales Executive closing role around 12months.
- Office environment. This role is 5 days in the office with flexibility when needed.

What they're looking for:

- Prior phone sales experience.
- Cold calling experience/telemarketing experience is a bonus
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
