Junior Sales Executive

Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team at Send It! Social Club.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding entertainment business, supporting corporate event sales, strategic partnerships, group bookings and the ongoing development of our venues across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses and strategic partners.
- Manage incoming enquiries and convert leads into confirmed event bookings.
- Proactively follow up with prospective clients and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Assist with corporate event proposals, quotes and booking coordination.
- Support the ongoing expansion of our venue network, including new venue openings, installations and exciting projects.
- Collaborate with our marketing, operations and venue teams to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.




- Work towards individual sales targets and provide regular updates on sales performance.

About You

- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, proactive and eager to achieve results.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Passionate about sales, events, entertainment and business development.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
