We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business expansion, develop sales channels, and strengthen customer relationships across the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth, market share expansion, and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales and market development strategies.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and major customers.
- Promote company products and strengthen brand presence in the market.
- Maintain strong customer engagement and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Ideal Candidate ✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of sales experience within:

- Construction Equipment
- Earthmoving Machinery
- Heavy Equipment
- Road Machinery
- Mining Equipment

✅ Experience selling products such as:




- Excavators
- Wheel Loaders
- Road Construction Equipment

✅ Strong background in:
- Dealer/Distributor Development
- Channel Sales
- Key Account Management
- Business Development

✅ Fluent English communication skills.

✅ Must be based in or around Melbourne and possess Australian work rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred).
