At Complete Home Filtration (CHF), we provide Australians with premium water filtration systems. Starting in WA, we’ve grown into a national team of 200 people. Now as part of the global Culligan group, we combine fast growing agility with international backing. And we’re proud to be Great Place to Work Certified two years running!

This is an Independent Contractor opportunity, initially looking for someone who is available 2-3 days a week. There is genuine scope to scale your volume as our presence in the ACT expands.

To put in perspective full-time OTE is up to $3,500 - $6,000 p/w. With top consultants earning upwards of $8K .

About the role:

- Our marketing team get the public excited about our products via large scale national campaigns across Facebook, Google, TV and Radio…

- From this we receive hundreds of inbound enquiries to our call centre every week from people wanting better water at home.

- Our call centre then books these qualified, interested customers for an in-home appointment.

- This is where you come in. Your role is to run these pre-set appointments, provide a consultation that educates the homeowner, build value in our solution, and guide them through the decision-making process to close the sale.

- This is a busy role and requires travel throughout Canberra and surrounding suburbs.

- WE DO NOT GENERATE LEADS VIA DOOR TO DOOR!! All your appointments are pre-booked, qualified and confirmed. Your job is to show up, build rapport, and close.

About you:

Before we move forward, just a quick reminder - make sure you have solid experience in direct face-to-face sales (not retail) and some recognition for your achievements, like sales awards. We want to see that you've really excelled in this area!

- You must have a demonstrated ability to sit in home appointments and close successfully.

- You are a consultative professional, you build trust and solve problems, understanding that the sale is the natural result of helping the customer.

- You are disciplined, results oriented, and accountable for your performance.

- You have a polished presentation and communication skills that inspire confidence.

- You are tech-savvy and proficient with a CRM.

- You have availability for 2–3 days p/w, including evening appointment slots and Saturdays, which are peak times for homeowners.
