About the Role
We are seeking a driven, coachable and technology-capable sales professional to grow our North Queensland region.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to grow, wants solid training and leadership support, and enjoys selling technical solutions into industrial and municipal environments.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Growing and managing existing customer relationships
- Promoting engineered pump solutions
- Conducting site visits and customer meetings
- Managing opportunities, quotes and activity through our CRM
You will receive structured onboarding, ongoing product training, and close support from management and internal technical teams.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3–7 years experience in sales
- Strong work ethic and desire to perform
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
- Highly organised with good time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable, open to feedback, and willing to learn
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within NSW
Desirable (but not essential)
- Technical sales experience
- Pump or mechanical product knowledge
