Why this role

Sales Support Coordinator with a well-known international travel company, supporting the ANZ Sales team alongside an experienced, sociable sales support crew. $65,000–$70,000 base plus a bonus of up to 30%. Immediate or new-year start.

Before you apply

You’ll need sales support, administration, coordination or customer service experience, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and a current driver’s licence. You’ll also need full, unrestricted working rights for Australia.

What You’ll Own

- Operational and administrative support that keeps the Sales team’s day-to-day running efficiently
- Travel advisor support: Travel Agent Portal setup, trade enquiries and business-hours coverage
- The travel advisor database, kept accurate and up to date
- Sales presentations and assets for meetings, events and training, including flyers and brochures with Marketing
- Trade brochure distribution and travel advisor incentive programs




- Invoices and expenses allocated to the correct sales budgets
- Projects and initiatives across teams, from planning to delivery and follow-up

What You’ll Bring

- Sales support, administration, coordination or customer service experience, ideally in a quick-paced office (a business or admin qualification is a bonus)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel, with experience creating professional presentations
- Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, confident working independently and in a team
- A current driver’s licence, and flexibility to work outside standard hours or on weekends when required
