In this role, you will work with stakeholders and project teams to support business needs through Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and integration. About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a minimum of seven years of experience working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will contribute across the development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and proposing solutions to building, testing, documenting, and deploying Salesforce functionality.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with project managers, scrum masters, clients, end users, and fellow developers. You will apply sound technical judgment, communicate solution options clearly, and support effective delivery through development, testing, release, and production support activities. Experience with debugging Salesforce components and supporting production incidents will be valuable.

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least seven years of relevant Salesforce development experience and practical capability in Salesforce configuration and customization. Strong technical knowledge should include Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, triggers, Visualforce, and Aura components,



as well as integrating Salesforce with external systems. Candidates should understand Salesforce development practices and have good exposure to Salesforce DX.

Experience using Git and Bitbucket, along with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices, is expected. You should be familiar with Agile ways of working and able to contribute to planning, estimation, development, and release activities. A clear understanding of business processes, associated KPIs, and practices that support those processes is important. Strong communication, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II are relevant to this position. Familiarity with COPADA is desirable. Candidates who have supported production issues involving LWC, Apex, or Aura, and who are familiar with weekly and ER releases, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions, project objectives, and client requirements. Develop maintainable functionality while following Salesforce best practices, and provide detailed estimates of effort for proposed solutions. Explain the feasibility, benefits, risks,



and functional implications of technical approaches to relevant stakeholders.

Develop, test, and document custom applications, integrations, and data migration components. Analyze business objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances. Work directly with clients, managers, and end users as needed to clarify requirements and support successful outcomes.

Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, clients, and developers to shape cohesive delivery strategies and maintain effective coordination throughout development, testing, and deployment. Participate in Agile ceremonies and release activities, support production incident investigation, and keep informed about Salesforce product and technical capabilities introduced through releases and acquisitions.
