Whitworth's Marine & Leisure is seeking a Casual Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Mooloolaba, QLD. This is a casual position that offers flexibility while providing an excellent opportunity to develop your retail and customer service skills in the marine and leisure industry.

What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding products that match their requirements
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations across our marine and leisure range
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment
- Restocking shelves and displays to ensure products are readily available and attractively presented
- Answering customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally and courteously
- Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations
What we're looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- A friendly, approachable demeanour and genuine passion for helping customers
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality,
with flexibility to work casual shifts as required
- Basic numeracy skills and comfort with electronic point-of-sale systems
- A willingness to learn about marine and leisure products and industry trends
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards personal development and training
