About the Role:

Are you an accomplished SAP Program Manager with a proven track record of steering complex, high-visibility enterprise integrations to successful execution under demanding timelines?

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on SAP Program Manager to lead the critical end-to-end integration between SAP ECC and OneStream for a FMCG enterprise Client across its key commercial divisions.

In this role, you will take full ownership of program governance, cross-functional delivery, vendor collaboration, and cutover execution to achieve a locked go-live milestone, followed by hypercare and transition to Application Managed Services (AMS).

Key Responsibilities:

As the SAP Program Manager, you will orchestrate all moving parts of this high-impact transformation:

- End-to-End Governance & Delivery: Own and drive the master program schedule, integrated work breakdown structure (WBS), scope management, stage-gate reviews, and outcome-based milestones.
- RAID & Risk Management: Actively identify, track, and mitigate programme risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID log) across architecture, data, and business workflows.
- Executive & Stakeholder Management: Lead Steering Committee reviews, facilitate weekly operational dashboards, and proactively manage escalations with senior business, IT, and Finance stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Team & Ecosystem Coordination: Seamlessly orchestrate delivery across ITC onsite and offshore teams, the OneStream software/implementation partner, and internal client teams spanning Enterprise IT,



Finance, and InfoSec.
- Release & Change Control: Direct change management, technical dependencies, transport schedules, and Change Advisory Board (CAB) approvals to ensure strict release integrity.
- Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare: Formulate and direct the end-to-end cutover strategy, and managing hypercare through to smooth handover to the AMS steady-state team.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:

- 12+ years of total IT/business delivery experience, with at least 5+ years specifically leading complex SAP programmes.
- SAP & Financial Integration Expertise: Demonstrated success delivering SAP integration and enterprise finance data initiatives
- Rigorous Milestone Delivery: Proven experience leading fixed-price, outcome-based, or milestone-driven implementations under condensed schedules and fixed deadline constraints.
- Senior Stakeholder Acumen: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills with executive leadership across corporate Finance and Enterprise IT.
- Delivery Governance: Deep practical expertise in cutover planning, CAB approvals, SAP transports, data reconciliations, and hypercare management.

Valuable to Have / Preferred:

- Recognized project/programme management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP).
- Direct industry experience within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing sector.
- Prior experience managing blended onsite/offshore delivery models and multi-vendor ecosystems.
