Scheduler / Purchasing Person

Busy family-owned fencing company – Full-time, 7am–3pm

We're a busy, family-owned fencing company looking for a reliable and organised Scheduler / Purchasing Person to join our team. This is a key role that keeps our jobs running on time and our materials where they need to be — so we need someone who thrives on organisation, communication and keeping things moving.

The role includes:

· Scheduling jobs and coordinating workflow

· Coordinating contractors and trades

· Communicating with clients on work timing and site preparation

· Liaising with suppliers and managing materials orders

· Keeping materials organised in the warehouse

· Unloading occasional deliveries (forklift license required)

What we're looking for:

· Forklift license (essential)

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· Excellent communication skills — comfortable dealing with clients, contractors and suppliers





· Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

· Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

· Previous experience in scheduling, purchasing or logistics essential

· Fencing, construction or trade industry experience is an advantage, but not essential

What we offer:

· Full-time, reliable hours — 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday

· Salary of $72–78K depending on experience
