03rd November, 2026/n Our client is an Iconic Australian Organisation who are undertaking significant transformation to enhance both Customer and Employee experience. The current focus is on embedding functionality within a Salesforce environment. /n As a result we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master with a demonstrable background in Leading the Delivery of core projects using strong Scrum Principles and Practices. /n You must be a passionate Scrum Master or a Delivery Lead with strong Scrum behaviours and practices, with in-depth knowledge of the theory and pragmatic practice of Scrum, and a proven track record in value-based delivery. /n Key Requirements: /n /n

- 5+ years demonstrable Scrum Master experience leading multiple AGILE Delivery Squads within a Scaled AGILE environment.

/n

- MUST have Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification.

/n

- Demonstrable experience leading large projects through leading Scrum Teams through the Delivery Lifecycle.

/n

- Outstanding planning and organisational skills with experience in establishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines in a large, complex Scrum/Scaled Agile organisation

/n

- Familiarity and exposure to multiple agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Tribal model, Kanban, Secure, LeSS,



Scrum @ Scale).

/n

- Extensive senior-level experience in building high-performing teams as well as leading teams through Salesforce based project delivery.

/n

- A robust understanding of AGILE Principles and Ceremonies with strong Team Coaching skills.

/n

- Outstanding relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with senior management.

/n

- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate new concepts and information.

/n

- Strong skills in the use of tools which includes JIRA, Confluence and others.

/n

- Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills.

/n This is a 12mth contract chance with potential extension. The work environment is exceptional with a strong supportive culture, and a hybrid work structure that includes 3 days in the office (Melbourne CBD) and 2 days WFH./n
