Grand Group Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead and oversee the day-to-day security operations at a prestigious and professional site. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate security officers during shifts

- Ensure all security operations comply with site-specific SOPs, policies, and legislation

- Conduct regular patrols, audits, and incident reviews

- Provide skilled and customer-focused service at all times

- Act as the key point of contact for Centre Management and emergency services

- Assist with rostering, training, and performance management of staff

- Respond to incidents promptly and prepare accurate, detailed reports





- Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems

Essential Criteria

- Current VIC Security Licence (1AE minimum)

- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident

- Previous experience in a supervisory security role (3+ years preferred)

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Professional appearance and demeanour

- Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-pressure situations

- First Aid & CPR (current)

- Strong understanding of WHS practices and emergency response

- High attention to detail and proactive attitude

Desirable

- Experience in retail or corporate environment

- Experience with incident reporting systems
