We're looking for a seriously good Senior Account Manager to join the team at I Want It Yesterday.

We're an independent, Sydney-based creative studio working at the intersection of entertainment, sport and culture. We dream up, create and deliver content, campaigns and experiences for some of the world's biggest brands.

From social-first video, to YouTube shows, vodcasts, and even digital event activations, we're always looking to disrupt the industry and make our client stand out from the pack!

The Role

Reporting to our Commercial Director, you'll be the person helping keep projects moving, clients happy and the team firing on all cylinders.

You'll take ownership of projects from briefing through to delivery, working closely with our Creative Director, and wider production team.

You'll need to be equally comfortable managing client relationships, building production schedules, keeping budgets in check, solving problems on the fly and making sure every little detail is taken care of.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage projects - they make them better.

What you'll be required to do

- Own the delivery. Manage projects and branded campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery, keeping timelines, budgets and expectations on track.
- Build great relationships. Be a trusted point of contact for clients, helping nurture existing relationships and identify opportunities to grow them.
- Make things happen. Turn client briefs into clear scopes of work, production schedules, run sheets and actionable plans.
- Keep the team aligned. Work closely with our Art Director, Creative Director, producers, videographers, editors and designers to bring projects to life.
- Keep an eye on the numbers. Manage budgets, project trackers, reporting and campaign performance.
- Think ahead. Help forecast production requirements,



manage resourcing and identify potential roadblocks before they become problems.
- Raise the bar. Look for ways to improve processes, strengthen client relationships and make every project better than the last.

What we're looking for

First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's great at what they do, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys succeeding as a team.

You'll ideally have

- At least 5 years' experience managing productions, branded campaigns or creative projects across digital, podcast and/or social platforms.
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and confidently manage expectations.
- Experience working alongside creative and production teams, including Creative Directors, Videographers, Editors and Graphic Designers.
- Excellent project management skills and an almost obsessive attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects, competing deadlines and changing priorities without losing your cool.
- Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, etc.), Slack and social media platforms for campaign reporting.

And personality-wise?

We're after someone who's self-motivated, organised, adaptable, trustworthy and genuinely good to have around.

Someone who takes initiative, backs their team, cares about the details and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy.

A good sense of humour wouldn't hurt either. We do take our work seriously, just not ourselves.
