About the role

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage a diverse portfolio of business clients and work closely with the partners to provide high-quality accounting and taxation services.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.




- Managing BAS, IAS and other tax compliance requirements.
- Providing business advisory and taxation advice to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Reviewing work and providing guidance to junior accountants.
- Liaising directly with clients, the ATO and other stakeholders.
- Working closely with partners on complex accounting and taxation matters.
- Identifying opportunities to add value to clients and support their business growth.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- At least 3–5 years of Australian public practice accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements.
- Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for various entities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
- Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software.
- CA or CPA qualification, or working towards completion.
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping clients.
