We’re partnering with a growing SaaS business building AI products for professional services firms, looking to bring on a Senior AI Engineer to build AI into the core product. A hands-on role taking agentic features from design through to production.

The Prospect

- Take AI product features from requirements through to release, and own them once they’re live
- Design the agentic workflows and retrieval behind the product, turning real customer processes into features that hold up in production
- Integrate the product with the core systems customers already rely on
- Set the framework for how the team builds with AI, covering coding assistants, AI-assisted code review, testing and security guardrails
- Strengthen code review and release standards across the team
- Build in the controls sensitive client work demands,



from structured outputs and approval steps to confidential data protection and tracing that stands up to audit

What We’re Looking For

- Production experience with AI agents and LLM features, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG, evaluation and human-in-the-loop design
- Strong Python or TypeScript, with solid API design and experience in event-driven and serverless architecture
- Cloud experience, ideally AWS, with CI/CD as standard practice
- Hands-on with integration and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier or Make
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and MCP servers
- Experience handling confidential or regulated data, with a background in legal tech, fintech, proptech or similar
