We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering key digital transformation initiatives within a government environment.
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining requirements, shaping solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities, gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop user stories, journey maps, process maps and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, developers and testers.
- Contribute to solution design,
ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security and data management requirements.
- Support testing, issue resolution and successful implementation of solutions.
About You
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on complex digital or technology projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
