Senior Business Development Manager – Fibre Infrastructure

Melbourne | $140,000–$180,000 base + super + uncapped commission

Build on your property developer relationships to win new fibre infrastructure projects and grow partnerships with internet service providers.

Our client is a privately owned telecommunications infrastructure business delivering fibre connectivity into residential developments. They’re seeking an experienced business development professional who can open doors, secure new projects and turn relationships into long-term commercial partnerships.

The opportunity

You’ll lead new business development across property developers, while building relationships with retail service providers and wholesale partners to expand the network’s reach.

Your responsibilities will include

- Securing fibre infrastructure agreements for new residential estates and developments.
- Identifying projects early in the development cycle and engaging key decision-makers.
- Building relationships with developers, development managers and relevant consultants.
- Developing partnerships with ISPs, retail service providers and resellers.




- Managing opportunities from initial introduction through commercial negotiation and agreement.
- Working with technical and delivery teams to align proposals with project requirements and construction timelines.

What you’ll bring

- Proven business development experience in fibre infrastructure, telecommunications or connectivity solutions for property developments.
- An established network of property developer relationships, with the ability to generate opportunities through those connections.
- A strong understanding of the property development cycle and when to engage on infrastructure decisions.
- A track record of winning new business and negotiating commercial agreements.
- The commercial and technical confidence to explain fibre solutions to different audiences.
- Existing ISP, wholesale or reseller relationships will be highly regarded.
