About the Role
As our Senior Chef, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high food standards and helping lead and develop the kitchen team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
- Leading, mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff.
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations and service.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace standards.
- Managing stock control, ordering and minimising food wastage.
- Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during busy service periods.
- Maintaining a positive, professional and team-focused environment.
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in a senior chef or supervisory role.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Is passionate about fresh food, quality and presentation.
- Can work confidently under pressure.
- Has excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Is reliable, motivated and a genuine team player.
. Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
