Senior Change Manager | Transformation

We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation program and seeking a Senior Change Manager to help shape and drive organisational change across a complex engineering and operations setting.

The Role

This is a highly influential role focused on:

- Leading ways-of-working and organisational transformation initiatives
- Building change frameworks, roadmaps and approaches from scratch
- Driving stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and cultural change
- Improving collaboration across technical, operational and delivery teams
- Preparing the business for large-scale transformation delivery

You'll bring:
- Extensive Change Management experience within large, complex organisations
- Proven success operating in ambiguous and evolving environments




- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience driving behavioural, cultural and operating model change
- The ability to be both strategic and hands-on

Highly Regarded
- Consulting background (Big 4, Accenture or boutique consultancy)
- Experience working with engineering, technology or technical stakeholder groups
- Large-scale transformation or organisational effectiveness experience
