/n This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a large, 200+-bed aged care home, working alongside another established Senior Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff development and drive quality resident outcomes./n

/n About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the facility, ensuring high standards of resident care, clinical governance and regulatory compliance./n

Key responsibilities:/n

/n

/n /n

- Lead,



mentor and support nursing and care teams including Care managers /n
- Oversee clinical governance, audits and compliance

/n

- Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives

/n

- Manage clinical incidents, risks and care standards

/n

- Support admissions and ongoing facility growth

/n

- Oversee care planning and complex clinical matters

/n

- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

/n

- Build a positive, high-performing clinical team

/n About You/n /n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

/n

- 4+ years experiencein a Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar leadership role within aged care

/n

- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance

/n

- Proven experience leading and developing clinical teams

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

/n

- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
