IQ Group is seeking experienced Senior Consultants / Senior Business Analysts with strong superannuation and insurance industry experience to join our consulting team on exciting 3–6 month contract engagements.

Working with leading superannuation funds and financial services organisations, you’ll play a key role in delivering business transformation, improving operational processes, enhancing member outcomes and supporting the delivery of compliant and effective advice solutions.

We’re looking for well-rounded Business Analysts who combine strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills with a solid understanding of superannuation, insurance and advice processes.

What you'll bring

- Superannuation experience: Solid industry knowledge and experience working across superannuation and/or insurance environments.
- Business analysis expertise: Broad Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, documentation, process mapping, gap analysis and business process improvement.
- Platform experience: Experience working with superannuation administration platforms such as Bluedoor, Sonata or SuperB will be highly regarded.
- Stakeholder engagement: Confidence working with business stakeholders,



financial advisers, superannuation trustees and technology teams to define and deliver business requirements.
- Workshop facilitation: Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Analytical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Consulting mindset: A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across project teams and client environments.
