About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse Developer to take ownership of an enterprise CRM platform within a Queensland Government environment. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll resolve complex production issues, deliver system enhancements and lead the development of approximately 14 integrations with external organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve complex production issues across Dynamics 365, Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint and Document Core Pack.
- Design and deliver CRM enhancements, custom plugins, workflows and Power Automate solutions.
- Lead the technical delivery of approximately 14 external system integrations, including API development, authentication and data mapping.
- Improve case management, email tracking, document management and overall platform performance.
- Oversee solution architecture, security, deployment processes and technical documentation.

Highly desirable criteria

- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and Azure API Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in Dynamics 365 integrations with government, legal, regulatory or case management systems.




- Experience with Application Insights or equivalent monitoring tools.
- Exposure to high-volume document and email environments.

Desirable criteria

- Experience as a technical lead or mentor to development teams.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, root-cause analysis and production support.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and experience

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service and Dataverse.
- Strong C#, Dataverse plugins, JavaScript and TypeScript development skills.
- Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate and ALM.
- Practical experience with Document Core Pack, SharePoint and Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.
- Robust knowledge of REST APIs, Dataverse Web API, OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange integration.
