We’re looking for an experienced, confident and hospitality-driven Senior Floor Staff member to join the team at Circa.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, leads by example and understands what it takes to create a welcoming, seamless dining experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, strong floor management skills and the ability to thrive in a busy café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service.
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage table allocations and customer enquiries.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality.
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Available to work weekends as part of a 5-day roster.
