This is an exciting Senior position in a dynamic and rapid-paced work environment, suitable for hospitality pro's who take pleasure in delivering fine service (and fine coffee and wine!) to a constant flow of cinema-goers and cafe regulars.

Alongside normal day-to-day Cafe and Cinema duties, our Front of House seniors:

· Run cafe shifts, supervising staff and monitoring that safe and correct practices are carried out at all times

· Communicate effectively with the F&B; Team as well as Cinema Managers to ensure smooth operations across the complex

· Open and close the café and box office

· Train junior staff and monitor progress and performance

· Maintain cleaning and maintenance procedures and materials

Confident barista skills, a high level of attention to detail and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.

We are a 7-day-and-night-a-week business, so shifts vary across days/nights/weekends and public holidays, but for candidates looking for regular hours, we can offer a lifestyle-friendly rotating roster that includes 2 out of 4 weekends off each month.

Hours available are between 15 - 30hrs per week.
