We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing technology team delivering business-critical applications and digital solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable applications and integrations using modern technologies in a cloud-first environment. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to develop and support applications that underpin key business services while contributing to ongoing technology transformation initiatives.

The Opportunity As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

- Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
- Build up-to-date front end solutions using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Develop robust backend services using Node.js and Java Spring Boot.
- Design and build connectors and integrations between applications and platforms.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design, optimisation, and data management.
- Develop and maintain applications within AWS cloud environments.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot.
- Experience building APIs, integrations, and application connectors.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and application support.
- Experience managing and developing solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience developing and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and application lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery methodologies will be highly regarded.
