Key Responsibilities

- Concept, design, and produce high-quality visual assets for product packaging, labelling, digital marketing campaigns, trade and point-of-sale materials, and print collateral.
- Assemble, edit, and refine short-form digital video builds, television commercials, and television station reports using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, bringing compelling stories to life (videography skills are not required).




- Contribute to drafting and refining scriptwriting for video content and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging.
- Rigorously ensure all artwork strictly adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines, advertising codes, and compliance frameworks, particularly those governing health and therapeutic goods.
- Leverage AI prompt engineering and other creative AI tools to significantly enhance design efficiency and accelerate workflow processes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects seamlessly via Monday.com, engaging directly with product and marketing leads in dynamic briefing sessions and micro-meetings to drive projects forward.

Must-Have Qualifications

- A proven professional background working within a highly regulated industry (such as Health, Pharma, Complementary Medicines, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Legal, or Banking), demonstrating extreme attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to strict compliance.
- Expert proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Demonstrated skill in utilising generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to boost design efficiency and creative output.
- A strong track record of rapidly delivering compliant, accurate, and high-quality creative assets within fast-paced, high-volume campaign cycles.
- Comfortable and effective working within established brand guidelines and target-driven direct-response marketing frameworks, consistently delivering impactful, on-brand assets without the need to constantly reinvent core concepts.
