Green Light Australia are partnering with a leading company to engage Senior Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced, high-volume retail production studio based in Hawthorn. This is an urgent requirement for professionals who thrive in deadline-driven environments and have extensive experience producing print and digital marketing assets at scale.

Responsibilities

- Create and produce high-quality print and digital artwork for:
- Catalogues
- Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising
- Social media campaigns
- Press advertising
- Point of Sale (POS) materials
- Corporate marketing collateral

- Ensure all artwork is delivered accurately and on time, meeting brand, production and technical specifications.
- Support the Production Manager with workflow management and provide guidance to the wider Studio team.
- Champion quality assurance processes and best-practice execution across print and digital production.
- Produce advertising artwork from creative briefs through to final print-ready files.
- Edit and optimise short-form video content for digital channels.
- Maintain and apply established brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Execute revisions and artwork corrections accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing, production and business stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Prepare files for prepress, catalogue production, POS and press advertising.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years' experience within a fast-paced, high-volume retail production studio.
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer in a production-focused environment.




- Advanced proficiency across:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Figma

- Robust animation and motion graphics capabilities using After Effects.
- Experience editing and preparing video content for digital marketing channels.
- Excellent knowledge of:

- Print production and prepress processes
- Digital asset delivery and production workflows
- Advertising technical specifications

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience working on Apple Mac environments.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume workloads with exceptional attention to detail.
