We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Projects Manager to join a high-profile Federal Government Department. The successful Senior ICT Projects Manager will lead the delivery of complex ICT projects, overseeing project planning, governance, financial management and organisational change initiatives. The role will involve engaging senior stakeholders, managing project risks and ensuring successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will secure an initial 12-month contract with up to 24 months of extensions and receive rewarding hourly rates.

The Senior ICT Projects Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Leading the planning, management and delivery of complex ICT projects and transformation initiatives

- Developing project plans, schedules, governance frameworks and performance reporting

- Managing project budgets, resources, procurement activities, risks and dependencies

- Driving organisational change initiatives and engaging senior internal and external stakeholders

- Providing strategic advice, managing project deliverables and ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget





The Senior ICT Projects Manager will have experience in the following:

- Extensive experience managing large-scale ICT projects and complex transformation programs

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and reporting

- Proven ability to lead organisational change initiatives and manage project governance, risks and quality

- Experience defining project requirements, managing competing priorities and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills, ideally within Federal Government or large enterprise environments
