? We're Hiring | Integration Solution Architect – Digital Commerce & Customer Platforms

At Securoak, we're looking for an experienced Integration Solution Architect to support a major enterprise transformation initiative.

This is a hands-on architecture role focused on building scalable, reusable integrations across digital commerce, customer platforms and omnichannel experiences.

What we're looking for:

Key responsibilities

- Define and deliver integration solutions connecting commerce, loyalty, identity/CIAM, CRM/CDP, consent and store platforms.
- Design reusable APIs and services supporting consistent experiences across brands, web and mobile applications.
- Build Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers, Experience APIs, GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Implement API security, policies, versioning and lifecycle management using Azure API Management.
- Establish and maintain an API catalogue with transparent contracts, ownership and reuse standards.
- Design event-driven and real-time integration patterns.
- Guide development teams through technical design, prototyping, code reviews and delivery.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools with practical guardrails for security, data protection, testing and code quality.

Composable Commerce: Experience integrating headless commerce platforms, preferably commercetools.





API Architecture: Strong hands-on expertise with BFF, Experience APIs, GraphQL and REST.

Azure API Management: Practical experience implementing API security, policies, versioning and lifecycle management.

Enterprise Integration: Experience across commerce, loyalty, CRM/CDP, identity, consent and store platforms.

API Governance: Establishing reusable APIs, catalogues, contracts and standards across multiple brands and channels.

Hands-on Engineering: Strong technical leadership, prototyping, code reviews and delivery experience. TypeScript and Node.js preferred.

AI-Assisted Development: Practical experience with Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot and applying engineering guardrails.

Ideal background: Experience delivering complex integration solutions within retail, ecommerce or high-volume customer-facing digital platforms.

We're looking for someone who enjoys both designing the architecture and getting hands-on to make it work.
