- $2.5M fee base of active business clients
- Team of 15, including two long-term staff in the Philippines doing the processing
- Cloud-based Xero practice
- Firm is performing strongly with clear growth plans THE ROLE
- Senior Manager / Associate Director role working closely with the directors
- Manage a portfolio of business services and tax clients
- Take over existing fees, freeing up the Directors to grow their own client base
- Act as a trusted adviser on tax, structuring, business growth and succession
- Lead, review and develop the team, including the offshore accountants

YOU

- CA or CPA qualified
- Experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director from public practice
- Strong technical accounting and taxation skills, with experience reviewing client work
- Xero experience highly regarded
- Proven ability to build client relationships and lead a team
