Our Group Stress Testing team provides enterprise-wide balance sheet and risk insights through a range of stress testing activities. Our team partners with stakeholders across Macquarie's Operating Groups and central stakeholders to strengthen decision-making, deepen understanding of risk and support the organisation’s resilience.

What role will you play? In this role you will take ownership of key stress testing activities and lead the delivery of complex analysis that supports enterprise-wide balance sheet and risk insights and decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Macquarie, providing clear recommendations, driving outcomes and helping shape the ongoing development of stress testing frameworks and practices.

What You Offer

- Experience in stress testing, balance sheet management, enterprise-risk, or a similar aggregate risk or stress testing environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide meaningful insights.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to lead the resolution of complex problems, exercise sound judgement and drive outcomes in ambiguous situations.
- Curiosity to understand complex situations, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve how we work.
