THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Senior Partnerships Manager to manage and grow the EMQ sponsorship and partnership portfolio, ensuring our partners receive exceptional value and continue to be an integral part of our events' success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the delivery of EMQ's sponsorship and partnership portfolio across multiple events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Support partnership renewals and identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships.

- Ensure all sponsorship benefits, rights, and contractual obligations are delivered to a high standard.

- Coordinate and oversee sponsor and partner activations across events.

- Work closely with event delivery, marketing, and commercial teams to maximise partnership outcomes.

- Prepare partnership reports, presentations, and post-event reviews.

- Attend events, stakeholder meetings, and networking opportunities as required.





- Support the General Manager Commercial with partnership initiatives and strategic projects.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced relationship manager who understands how to create value for partners and deliver exceptional outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, account management, stakeholder engagement or a related field.

- A proven ability to build and maintain robust business relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management capability.

- Experience within events, sport, tourism, marketing, or a related industry will be highly regarded.
