This opportunity will suit a payroll professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to efficient, accurate payroll operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Manage accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Oversee onboarding, superannuation and statutory payroll obligations
- Manage payroll and timesheet enquiries, providing a high level of stakeholder support
- Assist with payroll implementations and operational transitions
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, accuracy and efficiency
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years' experience in contractor payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Modern Awards, EBAs and compliance requirements
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong systems capability, problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
